Oral language is foundational for students’ success in reading and writing. Carefully planned oral language experiences can enrich and expand young learners’ skills. This interactive session will highlight powerful strategies and playful materials that: promote oral participation, conversations, and discussions; enhance vocabulary acquisition, and expand students’ communication skills.
